You can purchase a perpetual license for Stage Depth directly from the Stage Depth product page. Each license can be activated on up to two computers simultaneously.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing your account access link.

If you are currently using the trial version, please uninstall it and install the licensed version provided after purchase. During the first launch, Stage Depth will prompt you to either activate your license or start a trial. Simply log into your account and activate your purchased license.

Due to the nature of digital software distribution, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

To help users make informed decisions before purchasing, we provide detailed product information, audio demonstrations, interactive web demo players, and free Lite and trial versions where available.

Stage Depth installers are digitally signed on both macOS and Windows, and macOS versions are notarized by Apple.

Because True Stage Audio is a newly established developer, some operating systems or security systems may initially display a warning during installation. This is normal for newly released software with limited installation history.

You can safely proceed with the installation after confirming the publisher is True Stage Audio.

Some Cubase users may experience these symptoms when Stage Depth is processed through Cubase's ASIO Guard system. To resolve the issue:

1. Open Studio → VST Plug-in Manager.
2. Enable Show VST Plug-in Information.
3. Locate Stage Depth.
4. Disable ASIO Guard for Stage Depth.
5. Restart Cubase.

Global ASIO Guard can remain enabled.

We are continuing to investigate the underlying cause and will provide updates as they become available.

An internet connection is typically only required for download and activation purposes. Once activated, the plugin can be used offline.

An offline activation path is also available.
